2a. Information you provide

• Age-gate response (yes/no, stored as a 1-bit flag in a cookie and localStorage — no date of birth is transmitted to our servers).

2b. Information collected automatically

• Standard web-server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
• Analytics events (only if you accept analytics cookies): page views, session duration, game interactions. Data is pseudonymous — no name or email is attached.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Site and remember your age-gate and consent choices.
• To improve our free-play games and responsible-gaming resources.
• To respond to inquiries sent by email.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the Site.

We do not use your information for advertising profiling, sell it to third parties, or transmit it outside Canada except as noted in Section 5.

• Google Analytics (optional) — only activated if you accept analytics cookies. Data is processed by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation and disabled ad features.
• Hosting provider — our Canadian hosting provider processes server logs under a data-processing agreement.

We do not embed social-media trackers, advertising networks, or affiliate tracking pixels on this Site.

7. Data Retention

Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Analytics data (where consented) is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics defaults. Cookie data expires as shown above. Email correspondence is retained for 2 years unless you request deletion.

8. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time (this may affect some site functions).
• Complaint — file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, regular log purges) to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the homepage for 30 days.
